a999a Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and a999a (the operator). They apply to all products and services offered through the a999a platform, including sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, crash games, bingo, and fishing games. They also apply to all promotions, bonuses, and special offers made available by a999a from time to time.

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling activities is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the a999a platform or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and current, and you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your account.

Each player is entitled to register only one account on the a999a platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. Where a999a identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals within those accounts may be forfeited. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You must keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals initiated by any person using your credentials.

a999a reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time and to request supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account access and withdrawal privileges.

a999a accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform or on request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same-source rule). a999a does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to the registered account holder.

a999a reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, a999a may request additional supporting documentation before releasing funds.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1-3 business hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days. a999a does not accept any liability for delays caused by the payment service provider or banking system outside of our direct control.

From time to time, a999a may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the promotion. In addition to any promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers made by a999a:

• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the platform to obscure the source of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players, casino staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered on the a999a platform.

All content available on the a999a platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of a999a or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the a999a platform is the exclusive property of a999a and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a999a platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell or commercially exploit the platform or its contents; collect or use any product listings or descriptions; make any derivative use of the platform or its contents; download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party; or use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a999a, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the a999a platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if a999a has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall a999a's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your a999a account in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

a999a reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these terms, a999a will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the a999a platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amended version of these terms, you must stop using the platform and request closure of your account. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms & Conditions came into effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. a999a operates as an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh.
